Edgar Soto

Edgar Soto is an educator, U.S. Marine Corps veteran, and community leader who has spent his career creating opportunities for Southern Arizona families. Born and raised in Tucson, Edgar attended local public schools before dedicating his life to service through the military, education, and community leadership. For more than two decades, he has worked at Pima Community College, helping students gain the skills and support they need to succeed.

Throughout his career, Edgar has served as a teacher, coach, athletic director, and college administrator, always focused on helping people reach their full potential. His work has centered on expanding access to education, supporting workforce development, and creating pathways to economic opportunity for students and working families across Southern Arizona.

Rep. Kevin Volk

Kevin Volk is a small business owner, former teacher, and lifelong Southern Arizonan who has dedicated his career to serving his community and creating opportunities for working families. Born and raised in Southern Arizona, Kevin understands the challenges families face and brings a practical, problem-solving approach to public service.

From teaching fifth grade in a public school classroom to helping create affordable housing solutions and supporting local businesses, he has focused on bringing people together to solve problems and strengthen communities.

As a State Representative, Kevin has focused on lowering the costs of living for Arizona families, increasing funding for our schools, protecting Arizona's long-term water future, and investing in public safety.

Hollace “Holly” Lyon

Holly Lyon is a retired U.S. Air Force Colonel, former educator, and dedicated public servant who has spent her life serving her country and her community. After beginning her career as a seventh-grade math teacher, Holly served 26 years in the United States Air Force, where she led large teams, managed complex operations, and developed the leadership skills needed to tackle tough challenges and deliver results. She commanded twice, led international negotiations at NATO HQ, and saved hundreds of millions of dollars negotiating IT contracts for the Air Force.

Throughout her career, Holly has been guided by a commitment to service, integrity, and accountability. Her years as a teacher and military leader taught her how to bring people together, make tough decisions, and stay focused on delivering results when it matters most.
