Throwback Thursday: What Voters Should Remember about Jeff Weninger
His track record includes voting for a database to track abortions and allow guns on school campuses
Phoenix, Ariz. – Republican Jeff Weninger, running for the LD13 State House, is trying to make a comeback to the state legislature and despite a two year hiatus from the legislature, Weninger has had a hand in nearly every bad bill passed by the Arizona legislature during his eight years at the State House.
Here’s what voters should know about Jeff Weninger. Some highlights include voting to restrict abortion access, weaken gun safety laws, and undermine the freedom to vote.
On abortion:
He voted for Arizona’s 15-week abortion ban that left in place the 1864 abortion ban and includes no exceptions for rape or incest.
He voted to create a government database to track abortion procedures.

He voted to remove inconsistent voters from the early voter list.
On education:
On the economy:
He voted to put health insurance for more than 150,000 Arizonans at risk. The bill could have resulted in higher costs for health insurance.
He voted to lower the minimum wage for young people including college students.
