15-Week Abortion Ban Heads to Governor Doug Ducey’s Desk

Across this country, radical Republicans are preparing now to chip away at Roe v. Wade. Today, the Legislature PASSED SB1164, a bill sponsored by Sen. Nancy Barto that restricts abortion after 15 weeks. This legislation is a copycat of the Mississippi-style ban on abortion and heads to Ducey’s desk to be signed.

This is devastating for Arizonans seeking reproductive care. The only thing we can do to fight back is flip the Legislature this November. Can you pitch in NOW to get us to our goal?

Make no mistake – this legislation severely limits access to safe, legal abortions. Countless people seeking abortions won’t be able to choose the best path forward for them and their family.

Roe v. Wade is being chipped away, states across the country are working overtime to take away the right to choose. Arizona is no different. Can you chip in now to help us fight back?
