Last night, radical right-wing politicians voted on party-lines to make the manufacturing, distribution, prescribing or transferring of an abortion medication a class 3 felony in Arizona.

This legislation, HB2811, is part of a national campaign to attack reproductive freedoms by right-wing politicians. The only way we fight back is by flipping the Arizona Legislature.

Republicans are preparing for the US Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade and they are working overtime to reduce access to care. Withholding abortion care is dangerous and limits access to reproductive health care for Black, Indigenous, and people of color.
