This is great news for the Dems, following nearly three weeks where only four democratic bills were heard. The passage of these bills out of committee – with little opposition –shows that Democrats are introducing good bills that resonate with all Arizonans'. While Republicans are squabbling over tax-cuts and ways to suppress voters, Democrats are working to improve the lives of everyday Arizonans from providing proper medical treatment for veterans, to financial relief for college students, to financial support for families and children.
